Getting to School

 

Walking & Crossing

We love seeing pupils and parents arrive on foot. It’s great to have a brief walk in the morning and we try to ensure your safety when crossing the street on Maraetai Drive.

  • The crossing is manned from 8:30 am - 8:50 am and 2:55 pm - 3:15 pm. 

  • Please cross using the school crossing when the signs open up and you hear “cross now.”

  • PLEASE CROSS WITH AN ADULT OR AN OLDER CHILD, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK LEFT AND RIGHT TO CHECK THERE ARE NO CARS COMING.

Driving

  • We always wear our seatbelts and sit securely in our seats.

  • Younger children require booster seats.

  • More information about road safety.

Parking

Please park safely along the curb, not covering driveways, NOT parking too close to corners or on yellow lines.

If you need to arrive by car, please park in one of the following roads:

  • Maraetai Drive

  • Albacore Way

  • Te Pene Road
    We can use the car park at the Bowling Club.

  • Craig Road
