Part Time Office Assistant Position

Maraetai Beach School is looking for a part time office assistant starting Monday 10 May 2021. The role is 3 hours per day, 11-2pm, 5 days per week. You will be responsible for handling general administrative duties, along with incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting parents and visitors. The healthroom, school newsletter, social media communications and managing our school sponsorship programme are also integral parts of this role. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with computer systems. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. You will working in a child friendly environment and having first aid knowledge is advantageous.
